SEXUAL Health & Sexuality
“Sex is fun and pleasure is good for you.”
— Janet Hardy & Dossie Easton The Ethical Slut
Sexual health education is essential for fostering positive, healthy relationships. Self-love and self-care find expression in the pursuit of pleasure, yet our society still falls short in empowering individuals to understand and embrace their own sexuality. While I was fortunate to have parents who respected my autonomy and individuality, not everyone shares this experience. Many communities, including women, IBPOC, gender non-conforming individuals, and those in LGBTQIA2S+ spaces, are often marginalized when it comes to sexual health education.
As an educator and advocate, I am committed to making pleasure, self-empowerment, and comprehensive, sex-positive education accessible to all. My skills have developed through years of dedicated training and experience, including studies in gender politics, working at a sex toy shop, running a women’s center, and completing a BFA in Theatre Production. I have extensive experience with sex positivity, gender inclusion, boundaries and consent, non-monogamous relationships, kink, and alternative sexual lifestyles. This knowledge enhances my work as an Intimacy Coordinator in the entertainment industry, where I help shift cultural attitudes about sex and sexuality.
As a certified Sexual Health Educator, I provide a wide range of resources, tools, and techniques aimed at normalizing and destigmatizing conversations about sex and sexuality. I am also certified in Mental Health First Aid for Youth and Sexual Attitudes Reassessment, and I have trained in private workshops with Betty Dodson (Bodysex), Barbara Carrellas (Urban Tantra), and Jaiya Ma (Erotic Blueprints). My workshops cover comprehensive sexuality and sexual health, consent, and boundaries, and I also offer one-on-one consultations for individuals seeking to enhance their sexual well-being and relationships.
